Most of what damages a car is not dramatic. It is a kerb taken slightly too fast, a supermarket trolley, a stone off a lorry on the M60, a wing mirror in a multi storey. None of it warrants an insurance claim, all of it makes a good car look tired, and the traditional answer, leaving the car at a body shop for three days, costs more in disruption than the damage is worth.

That gap is what Signature was built to fill. Our technicians work out of purpose built vans carrying paint mixing systems, spray equipment and curing lamps, so the majority of repairs happen where the car already is, on your driveway or in the car park at work, and finish the same day.

Because mobile work has honest limits, and pretending otherwise produces bad repairs. A wheel that needs stripping to bare metal, a diamond cut face that needs machining on a lathe, a colour change across a full set, multi panel collision damage: none of that can be done properly on a driveway in February.

Our body shop sits at Unit C, The Yard, Rear of Constellation Mill, Radcliffe, M26 4AD, between Bury and Manchester and a few minutes from the M60 and M66. When a job belongs there we say so, and we offer free collection and delivery so you are not left without transport.

Cars of every kind, from ten year old hatchbacks to current Porsches and Range Rovers, plus vans, commercial fleets, motorhomes, caravans, motorbikes and plant machinery. A signwritten van needing a panel put right before a customer sees it is as normal a day for us as a set of diamond cut wheels.
