Alloy wheel refurbishment strips the damaged finish from a wheel, repairs the underlying kerb damage or corrosion, then primes, colour matches and lacquers it back to an original standard. Signature refurbishes most wheels in two to four hours, on your driveway or at our Radcliffe body shop.
Diamond cut wheel repair machines a fine layer of aluminium from the face of the wheel on a lathe, removing the kerb damage and old lacquer and restoring the bright turned finish, which is then sealed under fresh clear coat. Signature carries out diamond cut refurbishment at your home or at the Radcliffe body shop, usually the same day.
Vehicle body repairs put right cosmetic damage to a car's panels, bumpers and trim, including dents, scratches, scuffs, stone chips, cracked plastic and rust. Signature repairs only the damaged area, sanding it back, filling where needed, then priming, colour matching and lacquering it into the surrounding paint, either at your home or at our Radcliffe body shop.
Car dent repair removes dents from a panel or bumper without respraying the whole car. Signature works the metal back into shape with paintless dent removal tools, then, where the paint is broken, sands, primes, colour matches and lacquers the damaged area only. A scuff and scratch repair uses SMART repair methods to refinish only the damaged part of a panel rather than respraying the whole thing. The area is sanded back, primed, sprayed in a basecoat mixed to your paint code, lacquered and polished. Signature carries out most repairs in a few hours, mobile or at our Radcliffe body shop.
A bumper repair restores scuffed, scratched, cracked or dented plastic bumpers without respraying the whole panel. Signature sands the damage back, fills and reshapes it, then primes, sprays basecoat mixed to the vehicle paint code and lacquers the area, blending it into the surrounding finish. Stone chip repair fills the small paint chips thrown up by road gravel, then colour matches and blends fresh paint into the surrounding panel using SMART repair. Signature carries this out on your driveway or at our Radcliffe body shop, sealing the exposed metal before rust starts and finishing in lacquer so the panel reads as one colour again.
Lease car repairs are cosmetic repairs carried out before a leased vehicle goes back, so damage judged worse than fair wear and tear is not charged for at the handback inspection.
